Rob is a mechanical engineer with a 25 year career in design, construction, maintenance and building supplies. Most recently he was Managing Director for Asia Pacific and Global COO of a commercial D&C business. Prior to that, he spent a decade working for Lendlease. His family business has been an investor and developer in industrial property in Brisbane for two decades, delivering over 30 projects.

Rob has always loved property. He loves natural light, cross ventilation and earthy, beachy finishes like timbers and polished concrete. But mostly he loves design that is practical, that brings families together and that makes for great parties!

Natasha shapes the vision of each CREERA project. Her passion for almost 20 years has been developing homes that are beautiful, yet also liveable and shareable with family and friends.

She started her professional life as a teacher then spent 10 years in a senior role in a building company delivering high end renovations that won a series of industry awards. Natasha and her husband Matt went on to begin their own development company, delivering many high end new build and renovation projects. Together they have raised four children and understand the demands of family and how a home can shape the quality of their lives.

Natasha is always looking for style and practicality to work together to create true beauty.

Matthew Greenwood has always been fascinated by property and has been an active developer and investor for over 20 years.

After studying Psychology, he spent his early career in property consultancy advising clients on development site acquisition, mortgage broking, investment strategy and also delivered property related education. Matthew has also worked extensively in marketing, procurement, and project management.

Matthew brings his creative flair to site acquisition - his ability to see “what could be” enables him to secure the sites that give Creera the opportunity to create homes that are made to be lived in and loved.
