The Beach House

The original period house was extensively renovated, and a large modern pavilion added to the rear to showcase the best of modern living.

The new living, dining and kitchen space has a fresh modern feel with its open plan layout, polished concrete floors and a high-quality European kitchen. The massive 7.5m void was designed to bring spectacular northern sunlight into the space all year around, as well as to create a natural chimney affect to drive air circulation in summer.

With a beautiful outdoor entertaining deck, pool and landscaped gardens, the new design created a beautiful and uncompromising family home.
